Nike and the LEGO Group unite sport and imagination for kids everywhere
Nike and the LEGO Group have announced, in a landmark global partnership, the launch of a multi-year collaboration aimed at celebrating and inspiring active, creative play. Kicking off this June, combines Nike’s iconic “Just Do It” spirit with the imaginative charm of LEGO bricks. As a result, the partnership has created a vibrant line of co-branded products and dynamic experiences for children across the globe.
This exciting new venture introduces a full range of LEGO-inspired Nike footwear, apparel, accessories, and LEGO sets. Additionally, the team will deliver immersive experiences to inspire children and encourage playful exploration. These will launch in major cities worldwide, turning the collaboration into meaningful, interactive moments for children.
Three-time WNBA MVP A’ja Wilson will help bring the partnership to life by engaging kids through a playful digital experience. They will share more details in the coming weeks.
Wilson said: “I have loved playing with LEGO bricks since I was a kid and know that my creativity and play helped me not only in sports but also at school and in life. I’m thrilled to be part of this partnership with Nike and the LEGO Group and know we can help to make a positive impact with kids and adults alike.”

Winning products designed just for kids
The LEGO Nike Dunk set will launch on 1 July 2025, costs R1999, and suits fans aged 10 and up. This 1180-piece set lets you build a Nike Dunk sneaker, a spinning basketball toy, and a “Dunk” slogan. It also has hidden compartments, extra laces, and a basketball-themed mini-figure called B’Ball Head. This collectible celebrates over 40 years of sneaker culture with LEGO’s creative touch.
More LEGO sets will arrive in September, and we’ll share the details soon.
Nike will launch its collection in phases, starting with the Air Max Dn x LEGO on 1 August and the Dunk Low x LEGO on 1 September. A wider range of apparel and accessories will follow, blending LEGO’s iconic style with Nike’s performance-driven design.
Bringing experiences to life worldwide
Beyond products, the collaboration offers playful experiences. The Nike and LEGO Play Arena opens from 7 to 11 June 2025 at LEGOLAND California Resort. Children and families can create Mini-figure athlete cards, design mini basketball jerseys, and test their shooting skills. Entry is included with general resort admission.
Additionally, Nike and LEGO support making 11 June the International Day of Play, recognised by the United Nations.

We’re excited to kick off the first chapter of our partnership with Nike, blending the joy of basketball with the magic of imagination”.
